I have ordered Non veg items and eggs many times from Licious, their non veg quality is very good. The eggs are always broken. When I call their customer care they refuse to replace the broken eggs. This has happened many times. No one in their customer care listen. This time I have made complaint to National Consumer Helpline on their app for Licious. Thier delivery system is good but customer care is worst.
