Myself and wife had purchased ULIP from branch 898 and 890 of Mumbai after giving rs 20000 each .The returns were to be given after five years.The returns given were only rs 2439.However they gave matured letter stating interim bonus as rs 22439 and basic as zero.
I complained to local, divisional and central Managers but no reply. I asked them to give corrected letter showing basic as rs 20000 and interim bonus as Rs 2439 .Though three months have passed yet I have not recived any reply .I took this complaint to IRDA but they are also mum after four complaints .Now I have written to central finance department .
Is this scam of manipulation
