My mom bought this phone almost 5 months ago, when new it looked like a brilliant phone according to price ( just bby looks and hardware) .because I did not knew what phone mom ordered.
When it reached home mom opened it and since my parents are not tach savy so I was present there to have a view at it.
The looks are just awesome in this price range.
The software was also decent with 1gb ram and 16gb of rom.BUT DECENT FOR MY MOM, or people of just casual use.The phone cannot be used for heavy gaming and lags can be seen if pushed to limits.the 1 gb ram is almost always filled to 600 mb which may cause the phone to hang.
Most of the time my mom uses it but with only a limited use I have noticed lags in the phone.the ram management and camera are good in this price but still better phones are available in the market with same price.
There are so many phone in compatition in this price range that lenovo a6600 is not even available in most online phone comparing sites
So, by the phone only if you are a casual user and not heavy gamer.normal games like world cricket championship 2( almost 140 mb) can be played without any lags.
And the last thing I want to mention is that the phone heats too much.just by half hour of internet usage( not wifi) it gets hot
