I hape those who are sitting at the place of reservation, staff atleast have some minimum knowledge and some patients to behave with public. Always they are chitchatting with theirs colleagues but they were not given responce to public if we ask anything information, simply creating one rules and telling not having basic sence or proof of that issues.one lady sitting in vijayanagar reservation counter she don't know minimum knowledge about anything of ksrtc reservations procedure...if we ask means simply shouting on customer and creating new sence without giving response.what I m telling here recruit minimum sence of humar personality to required position it will help to public as well as government.They are taking money for giving service but here zero out puts from ksrtc some staff Day by day publics it self facing issues.
