We booked Airavata multiaxle bus from Tirupati to Mysore on 28-01-2020 we opted Airavata because it is a premium bus service and we thought they would keep up their time . The bus started from the boarding point right on dot and we were happy and just stopped once in between for dinner time as it is a long route and reached Bangalore on time for our surprise the bus reached satellite bus stop and halted at first we thought it would start in 5-10 min as the driver needed a break after a long journey however after more than 15 min we started asking the crew to start the journey towards Mysore but they were not bothered about the passengers waiting in the bus after a long journey they just wanted to board more people from Bangalore to Mysore at 2am in the morning when nobody would turn to bus stops they kept saying they need more people to board and totally not bothered about the passengers waiting in the bus at last after we started asking them to call the manager on duty to the bus they realised and the conductor went to get his trip sheet entered which again took another 10 min so we were in bus just sitting for more than 45 min in a long journey route which is so stressful and frustrating . They should clearly mention if there is waiting time at any particular point so that the passengers are aware before booking the tickets .
