I am the customer of Krishna furniture from almost last 10-12 years and most of the furniture in my house comes is from them. In last 2-3 years I have observed massive degradation in their service, quality of products, lack of knowledge amongst their salesman and massive delays in the delivery of their products. They are seriously compromising on quality while doing their expansion.
I have faced 2 instances in last 6 months which is leading me to write the reviews on their site. I just ordered 1 bed which their salesman claimed to be fully in Teak wood and gave me the bill accordingly and when I visited the store to check the bed before the delivery it was complete opposite. The bed had multiple damages, it was not of teak wood instead normal ply and when I question they asked its in final touching before sending to you which is not right and finally they accepted their mistake and asked me another 15-20 days of time for the new bed delivery. I wont recommend anyone to go on this store in future after having 2 instances with me in just 6 months time. Below are images of new bed which they were about to deliver me.
