Absolutely love this store! Everything about this place is exactly what a furniture buying experience should be like! They have some lovely designs that are largely contemporary and perfect for my design sensibilities. They have courteous staff who encourage you to sit on every single piece of furniture, and rightly so, given how comfy almost all of their furniture is. They're very transparent with their costs and delivery times, with no false promises, something that's hugely helpful while trying to set up your home. The owners themselves get personally involved with their clients and they're very pleasant young businessmen, an absolute treat to do business with. Bonus point - they usually have some pleasant music playing in the stores & they'll serve you a great cup of coffee to enjoy with it.

Large collection of furniture items, one of biggest stores in NCR. they have all sorts of designs on display. They offer good discounts. Basement has temples, almirahs and chest of drawers. They also have wide range of furnishing item with good pricing-sofa fabric, curtains etc. Overall one of best furniture stores in Gurgaon.

Well maintain Store and Good products. after using 2 year my bed working fine month I had purchase new sofa .here are so many verity.

I bought a L Shape Sofa 10 months back from Krishna Furniture main showroom, and it costed me around 1Lac. However, since, then it was gone to showroom multiple times for repair and fixation. Their material is subpar, they are not durable. I would not recommend this vendor in a million years. I have all chat descriptions and videos with me to prove their inferior products and my bad experience - their customer service/sales folks do try to help but when their quality, workmanship and attitude is petty, what can you expect.

Hi All,

I am the customer of Krishna furniture from almost last 10-12 years and most of the furniture in my house comes is from them. In last 2-3 years I have observed massive degradation in their service, quality of products, lack of knowledge amongst their salesman and massive delays in the delivery of their products. They are seriously compromising on quality while doing their expansion.

I have faced 2 instances in last 6 months which is leading me to write the reviews on their site. I just ordered 1 bed which their salesman claimed to be fully in Teak wood and gave me the bill accordingly and when I visited the store to check the bed before the delivery it was complete opposite. The bed had multiple damages, it was not of teak wood instead normal ply and when I question they asked its in final touching before sending to you which is not right and finally they accepted their mistake and asked me another 15-20 days of time for the new bed delivery. I wont recommend anyone to go on this store in future after having 2 instances with me in just 6 months time. Below are images of new bed which they were about to deliver me.
