Today I was travelling from Bangalore to Thisayanvilai. Originally carefully selected 2 +1 seating bus and also window single seat. Today when I reached to board the bus there is no more seating bus and forced to take sleeper and our original choice is no more there .. forced to take last row upper double sleeper. I expected at least a call or sms as soon as u guys planned to change this.


Since I had planned trip could not cancel and I am travelling.
