I go to my home branch of kotak manhindra bank for making a draft of my fees and when I go there and ask for making draft there.
First of all they say go here , go there and finally they say draft paper is not there so it is not possible for today to make draft.
I was surprised with this , they waste my whole and at last they sorry we canot make it , I decided that I should never came tjis bank today so such a simple thing they waste my whole day , so I will not recommend you this bank for any service because the employees are also not cooperative .
