Kfc in city centre mall, matigara is one of the popular places in siliguri. Food here, especially the chicken and its different dishes are quite fresh and nicely cooked. The popular Kfc items are found here most of the times. Yes, one has to wait and line up for the order because of the crowd, but people in reception co ordinate also. My favourites are burgers n chicken bowls. But I think the customer service should develop a little. Besides, centre is being capitalised because the medium of giving order is english or hindi, but there are lots of bengali customers who are not comfortable with it. So I think they should look into this matter. Over all, the ambience is good. But because of the tax, the value for money is haking a hike day by day. So, its really getting costly for the students and middle class people. Yet, I love it because of the food and can overlook the inconveniences for it.
