I live in Bangalore and using kent RO purifier. The product is does what it is suppose to do till you didnt get any problem. Or by chance you require filet replacement (that you have to do). All the water purifier product are good. As it is not a high technology and complex product. What matter is its service and filter replacement. And with Kent I have been suffering. I logged request to change my RO filter Request no is 3495 at Bangalore, customer care 08065656561. I called 10 times, but no one from Keny turn up to change my RO filter.
One person Shashi Kumar used to pick the call, he knows only one answer, Sir tomorrow person will come to replace the filter. One day he told that his person is on the way, such a shameless guy. No body cam for one and half month. Still I am waiting to replace the filter. now my filter is useless. I don't know why Kent company is hiring such a person who even doesn't know to speak. With such a worst service how Kent will sustain in the market.
I will suggest to everyone, avoid such product which has worst after sale service.
