I have a kent RO in my home. I bought it 1.5 years back. I have not so good experience with this RO. In stating period It has the problem with the inner module due to which it was not working. I resister the complaint. the engineer changed the module that it was fine. After that the pipe inside the RO starts leaking. I again resister the complaint. this time the engineer fit the new pipe. than again it got the problem, this time again the pipe got leak. the problem was solved. this all done in Free of cost. Overall service support is good.
