We are using the Kent RO Pearl from almost last 2 years. It never gave any issue and working smoothly.
Also Good service from Kent. We have shifted once in between and end to end service given by them.
Wall mount option, Tap, Storage, Good looks and exterior makes this a nice water purifier to buy.
Purified Water quality is also good. It takes all kind of smell from water and make it better.
A little expensive. If its in 12K range, would have been more better.
But good product, go for it.
