Help & Support:

I switched to Kent around 3 years back when my old RO gave up.

I called up my nearest Kent store and a technician came and installed it in my kitchen.

Ease of Use:

I have a separate inlet at my kitchen for drinking water which is connected with Kent, the machine is fully automatic and it makes sure that water tank is full without any human intervention.

All I need to do is to open the tap when I need water.

Durability:

I did not have any major issues for the 2 years after my purchase, however in last one year I had to get the motor replaced as it started leaking from the front.

Cleaning:

There is an option at the bottom of the tank to drain the water, I do it one every 15 days, however for more extensive cleaning I have to call their service helpline.

Design:

The purifier has all the filters nicely arranged and they can be seen from outside through the plastic panel, design is simple and it does not have those modern reading/ LED display.

Service:

This is what is the pain point, Kent service is not that good, I had filter replacements and I felt they change things even if they are actually not required. Kent person vising for service insist to buy they costly AMC plan which is expensive and does not cover filter replacement.

Overall, this purifier is good as it does have multistage filtering mechanism, however, personally I would not recommend this due to expensive service and unnecessary part changes.
