We are user of KDK spectrum Software and it is really disappointing how they provide support after you pay for their yearly subscription.
They have the phone no but no one picks up. if picks up simply tell to send an email. Even after sending email they reply as per their convenience. The executive seems either overworked or untrained . Asking a query they will talk like idiots. In most cases their tone is rude and even I have confronted them they don't even say sorry for the way they treat professionals.
The Marketing team only call during the renewal and in between they simply ask us to drop an email.
We are really feeling sorry for our choice.
I strongly advise our CA, CS And Tax consutant professional not to buy their products.
