Help functionality- concept of this app is average. This app is used for filing it returns. I've also use this app and I've bad experience with this app. Please don't fil it returns in this app. In most cases your client will be in trouble. If you use this app for filing it returns.
User friendly- this software is not user friendly. This app has many problems related filling it returns. It use your information for other purpose.
Ease of installation- first you has to purchae this app. Then you have to provide your information. This app is so risky to provide information. This is not a trusted app. I faced many problems in installing this app.
Features- featureless app. Nothing is useful in this app. Its destroy your goodwill.
Service- after purchase service is so bad. After you pay subscription fee of this app customer service providers talking with you very rudely. I hate this app.
