My existing platinum software is over ride by my old gold su software and they are asking me to renew the gold software first. But I have already updated Platinum one then why I should update the old one. They have cheap marketing approach. they can't force to update the single user software because my contact details are same in both of them.
Now I talked to customer support they said your complain is noted and it will be resolved within 24 hours. If this type of taxation software problems are resolved in such huge time then why I would renew it next year.
