Very Worst Brand Never ever buy any Kaff Products. Review on Kaff - HBR 783B 3 Burner Hob

Hi I recently purchased Kaff hob from Jayanagar 4th block store, I paid INR 26, 700. Just two days of usage the big burner sparking stopped.

I called the store and I was told to contact customer service after logging complaint the technician who inspected the hob said the spark ignition is having issue.

I asked them to replace or refund, but I was told only then can repair the issue neither replace or refund the amount.

I did a very big mistake of buying this branch hob. My parents and friends are using normal gas stoves for 15+ years without any issue, but this new stove just with in two days starting creating issues.

I would never recommend to buy any of Kaff products.

This brand is very worst and customer service is too worst. so buy a normal brand but never ever any Kaff products.
