Kaff - HBR 783B 3 Burner Hob

Really worst product... With in 2 months onwards problems started... Eating money for services and replacing damaged products... Are these people making products to fool consumer..

We purchased a four burner Hob of KAFF make model HBR 784C from Mohali, near Chandigarh. The same was installed on 18 Nov, 2018.

Around one week back there was a blast in the Hob and the glasstop of the Hob got shattered with spreading glass all over. My wife and maid was present in the kitchen at the time when the glass shattered and spread. Luckily they did not get hurt. I had registered my complaint online on the toll free number.

Now the service centre tells me that Rs 4500 will be charged for the glasstop replacement.

I would rather say that the product is faulty and not safe, as the glasstop bursted like a bomb and would have easily hurt my wife and maid fataly. If the company is not sure about the product safety then why the same is selling in the market.

I had requested the company to change the product with a new one IMMEDIATELY and compensate us for our loss. However, no action has been taken by the company even after the lapse of two weeks.

Hi I recently purchased Kaff hob from Jayanagar 4th block store, I paid INR 26, 700. Just two days of usage the big burner sparking stopped.

I called the store and I was told to contact customer service after logging complaint the technician who inspected the hob said the spark ignition is having issue.

I asked them to replace or refund, but I was told only then can repair the issue neither replace or refund the amount.

I did a very big mistake of buying this branch hob. My parents and friends are using normal gas stoves for 15+ years without any issue, but this new stove just with in two days starting creating issues.

I would never recommend to buy any of Kaff products.

This brand is very worst and customer service is too worst. so buy a normal brand but never ever any Kaff products.

We have purchased this gadget before three months ago , we thought it is very expensive but it will be very useful for therefore we bought this but after three months something went wrong in its gas started link we have call the service sent they said that there is some problem in this gadget only , so we call the service center but the are not coming only to see the problem and than they started ignoring so there customer service is very worst .

My suggestion is not to buy this product I really heated there customer service.
