I was placed an order (no. 2132735) on 12/07/2024 and received it incomplete, with one product missing. i had ordered two products which is Full-Size Herb Enriched Matte Liquid Lipstick Kit - Set of 5 and Nail Paints - Set of 5 | 21-Free Formula which is not delivered yet only i have received lipstick set of 5 .this is my prepaid order worth Rs.982/- after discount.Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service via emails, calls, and WhatsApp, I have received not a single response for over a week. Each time, I am merely told that I am in a queue and will be contacted shortly, but no one ever follows up. I HAVE ALL THE PAYMENT PROVES and open box video
The customer service number provided on the website is always unreachable, and the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. This irresponsiveness is unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed.
I expected better service and quicker resolution to such a straightforward issue.
I hope this review helps others to be cautious before making a purchase.
Sales department Rendomly called and convinced to purchase new products above 2000 .. but when i share my query with order no. They give me and stupid reason that we can't do anything in this matter we forward your query to senior and customer support they will get back to me.. but yet no process at all..
