Hi JioMart, I am raising strong complaint with the way my order was delivered after delay of 5 days. The items in my online order from JioMart do not tally with what I got delivered from RelianceFresh. All the oils, rice and other items are missing in this order. Quantity of few items has changed. 1)I had ordered for Gillette presto razor for 81 rs. I got charged for gillette fusion blades worth 837 rs
2) I had not ordered for potatoes but I got charged 105.34 rs for it. 105 rs per kg potatos. Are you out of your mind.
3) garlic was supposed to be for 31.80 rs but I got charged 45.73 rs
Quantity of few other items was changed without my consent. Overall this delivery is not what I had ordered for. I want you to refund my 1252 rs that I had paid and cancel this order. Please make sure that order gets cancelled and I get full refund. Please call me on 97624-5xxxx urgently to resolve this issue.
