I placed an order for home delivery of household items. At the time of delivery on of the item was damaged and not usable. I told delivery boy to take the damaged item back but he refused. Later i raised complaint at help desk for replacing the item. But even after more than one week, no response received. Forget about replacing the item or refunding, there was no response AT ALL.
