Currently I am employed with this firm. I have been working for them since the past 2 years. This being a company that deals with coal and steel, it involves very harsh working environments. The temperature of the working area is always very hot due to the large number of furnaces they are operating at their premise. This makes all the workers on the factory floor get dehydrated everyday. The management does not provide good benefits to compensate for these lossess. There is not good medical insurance coverage provided by them to its employees. The wages are also little bit less than the industry standard along with long working hours. Job secuity is non existent. even for a slight performance issues with employee, the management fires them. The CEO always sets very tough goals to the staffs and labours working here. Now I am seriously considering moving to a different employer in the same industry, after my 2 years of bad work experience with them.
