I ordered one trouser of Wills brand but when opened the package received, there was one fake / substandard item of very poor quality and not a branded item that I had ordered. I initiated return of the product, but though the item has been returned I am still waiting for the refund or any communication fron jabong regarding refund. It appears that there is no system at jabong to check that the product being sent to the customer is conforming to the specifications as ordered by the customer. Very bad experiance indeed. There should not be any star rating but I have have given one star as there is no option to give a rating lower than one star.
