ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Booked hotel through ixigo in Delhi and hotel declined to give room since ixigo didn’t shared the booking details to hotel. It is very difficult to reach hotel and they do not solve your problem, they will raise their hands.
