ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Had high hopes from Ixigo, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.
My flight was cancelled due to an airline error (which they have admitted in writing), and the airline has refunded the full amount of ₹7;, 746 to Ixigo in two transactions₹2;, 596 on 24th July and ₹5;, 150 on 25th July.
But till today, I have received only ₹1;, 522 in my account.
Despite multiple emails, Ixigo has not responded at all. This is not just unprofessionalits outright unethical. Holding back someones refund for no reason, especially when the airline has already paid, is unacceptable.
I am sharing this review publicly because repeated attempts to get help via email have been ignored. Ixigoif you value your customers, resolve this issue immediately.
