Well, I attended a seminar and it was really impressive from the presenter and presentation. during the end of the seminar, the presenter asked attendees to book pay some amount like 1000 INR which was 100% refundable. It was basically for further processing if some were interested to go with ISA Global. Like some other people, I also paid the amount.
The very next day I approached them to let me know the process and payment plan for further processing. There was a lady(I should not name it) who was handling my case. I sent an email to her initially to get the details, I did not get it when I called her. She said that she would let me know it in a while. No response. After some time I again approached then also no response.
Actually the receipt which I got from them was having a clause that the money would be refunded if I cancel itbefore a particular time.
Now before that time I wanted to know few things from ISA so that I could proceed further. But due to their worst response, it did not happen and I finally sent an email for the refund.
That lady refunded the amount but the way she was at the call or email was not looking like a procfessional.
