Based on the recent launch of new apps with so many new companies, IRCTC should also be having such user features like next availability dates, pnr status, booking, etc. Its such a huge customer base, however, not enough quality services the application has to offer. Even the tickets are so costly and also imposed of so many taxes but the services are not of worth the many people usually pay. Needless to say, the catering service is all time bad.
