I am a student and I am studying in a college which is 600 km away from my hometown. Therefore I travel a lot in trains. I have been using irctc website for booking of tickets but one friend of mine recommended me to use this application. So I tried it to book a ticket . I filled all the columns and proceeded to payment in the app .But the after the paymet options the page was continuously loading for 10-15 minutes and after that a pop up shows up telling about an error but the money was deducted and also I didn't got any ticket booking.After 2-3 weeks the was refunded to my account but still it was not expected from irctc. And again I started booking my ticket from website.
