This might be true that IRCTC serving their quality service to people in many ways but even I cannnot deny that still there is many thing on which irctc need to work out . Last week while I was using irctc app to book rail ticket from my mobile I faced a problem because of irctc app didnt worked properly .while booking ticket I did transaction for the rail ticket which I was booking and I even got the notificstion message from bank about money deduction but I didnt got the ticket as it was showing error in transaction process but they deducted money from my bank which is really disgusting . Now from one week I am just trying to get my refund .let see what will happen next .

Guys this app is awesome IRCTC designed this app very good no ads comes in this app I am using this app from 3 years and I didn't find any mistakes in this app you can book tickets very fast in this app this app is awesome you can book all types of ticket like that call premium tatkal and if you want to book tatkal ticket this this app is very good for booking instantly you can book ticket and now they are giving wallet option also so it makes more faster the money will directly cut from your wallet in less time you don't have to fulfill all type of debit or credit card information you just have to add money in your wallet and if you add money in your wallet is then you will get some cash back also after using 3 years of IRCTC I didn't receive any cash back then also I love this app
The team behind this app deserves highest level of tribute. The perfectness in IRCTC site resembels in app as well. In fact, they made this app more powerful, user friendly.
Especially, if you would like to book tatkat tickets, choose this app than website. Its much faster and easier. Here, we can also add passenger names in master list under my account tab available in the menu, and just dump them when you book the ticket by checking the box.
The only limitation in the app is you can only book six tickets per month. If you try to book 7th ticket, your amount will be deducted and transaction will fail. Don't worry, the amount will be credited back in two to three working days.

Irctc I have used this tomarrow first time I am very sceared about whether is booked or not and the main thing about payment , is online payment is safe and secqure or not instead of knowing all this I take a35 chance because I don't have that much of time go on station and stand in the cube then I first search the trains from ludhiana to gwalior so there was a list have around 40 trains then I select the date of journey and time then I saw there is 21 wating then I fill my detail name , age , sex know I come to payment then I use my paytm number for payment proced to pay through irctc my paytm open and ask otp which comes to my number aftet I fill my otp and pay then RS 135 have been detected from my paytm account and my booking is conformed so it is the easyest way of booking the ticket and safe and secqure way because this is government authorithed app and on 14/10/17 my seat is conformed so love this app in future I will always use this app.

This app introduced by the IRCTC of Indian railways is a complete waste
The purpose of the app is to provide services related to the railways so that one can easily check and book tickets.
But it is not everytime the app crashes and needs to authenticate after that it takes along time to get ourselves logged into the app.
It does not integrate with irctc website portal and takes time to sync the data with app version.
PNR status cannot be checked.
It needs to be rebuilt with the purpose only to provide services in the hands of the App Users.
Hi friends, Today I am going to share my personal experience on the android application'IRCTC Connect'. This app is basically used for booking the train tickets online. It app allows users to login to IRCTC accounts and search, book, view and cancel the Indian railway train tickets at your fingertips. We can also booked the Tatkal tickets with this app. But my personal opinion is that please do not use this app. As this has a lots of bugs and issues that they need to work on that.
The concept for making this app is really good but execution fails. Layout and design is quite average. User interface is not good and app is bit difficult to access for the new users. The app is about 15 MB storage in your android device. It takes lots of data connection to browse the webpages. It is not store your password even after specifying.
The web sync activity is not available on the smartphone app means we can't check the train booking history as well as any type of transactions. Also the app is not available from 8 AM to 12 PM. Sometimes you will get automatically logout from the app unnecessarily, they have not maintain the application properly. This application has riddle with unwanted ads which is so disgusting thing about this. Like this, there are many things that IRCTC has overlooked or are missing.
But still we don't have any other option rather than this app to booked Indian railway tickets. So unfortunately we have to use this one only.
These all are the main problems of this app to all the users, hopefully these should be taken care in the future. I hope my review will useful for think on this application.
One of the best app for railway ticket booking. Sometime registration process is little complicated so that many still lazy to complete the process. one email id n a mobile number is must to create or register, here we cant use Multiple account in same email id and mobile number. we should create new id n password then complete address, pincode, city and state correctly. follow instructions when making password like, it includes alphebet, nember n a symbol After filling the page when we click submit sometimes itmay not work. we should ensure all the data which typed as correct way. Still its not in working go back and do once again. It will be success.
After registration we can create a new four digitnumber for easy use.
If we edit our mobile number and type another person number who wanted the ticket while we book the ticket sothat he will get the sms from irctc directly.
If the ticket amount below rs 600Its best to use debit or credit card for transaction because the payment gateway charges is 1.8% of the ticket charge.Otherwise netbanking is good.Only rs 10 is tge PG charges for netbanking whatever is the ticket charge.
So dont be lazy to register
I was using this app since 1 year. This app is offical app of indian railways. The irctc connect app is easily available in play store. This feature and concept of this app is so useful ness for making ticket in easy and fast way.
This app is easily to use and user friendly to use for new users. This app is light weight and capture less memory space in mobile. In this app very easy interface is provided for booking ticket. In this app we have to generate userid and password of irctc to access this facilities of indian railways. In this app, all the payment merchant is available such as net banking and debit / credit cards and also upi addres for booking tickets. In booking ticket, also provides various features such as tatkal ticket for those who travel in urgent condition.
Hey guys, my name is Aman Jaiswal. I want to tell you all that this application is used for booking the tickets of trains and used for watching the time of train. This is a good application according to me but sometimes the speed of this application sometimes seems too slow that is the main problem of this app.
Speed of this new irctc app is not improved .the speed of the app is same as before.only tatkal features is given new otherwise it is the older version .sometimes it stop autometically and hangs most of the times .
This may happen due to high traffic in app .but irctc app must improved thier speed because most of the times app run out of service and at the time of emergency , booking of ticket made the app very difficult and it fraustrate the customer at time of booking.
So they should improve thier app in order to give good service.

well they edit a new feature to withdraw ticket login to IRCTC site, god knows why its such a difficult way of making ticket.

I've downloaded this app because I want to book my ticket but this app is annoying ad asking for reloading even though some time show no result found but in actual site I already found the result.
they want to provide us a better solution of tickting but its not able to do. they are not doing good in this way.
however design is average I cant say good, because its result no found evertime and its feature is book ticket from this app but login is real game here and also you have to search the proper train.

Guys the irctc connect software is one of the Best software for booking train tickets from any corner .we just need a active internet connection .the software is very easy and convenient to use .we can book all sort of tickets but there is only one drawback that is we can't access this software for booking between tatkal hours but overall the app is easy to use
Hii.friends today I am telling you about IRCTC rail connect application which is recently updated by indian railway. In this app many new changes done. Now we can choose ladies, tatkal, premium tatkal and general cota ticket directly. Its easy to operate to booking online ticket. Its very good app. Before 8: 00 AM to 12: 00PM ticket not booked site closed. Now in new version no any time boundation. Its concept and idea is so awesome. Layout and design also very good. But there is a demerit in this app, no seat preference option is present guys. Beside it overall application is very good. On the above based I like it so much. Thanks!

IRCTC mobile app has been improved a lot. It gives the liberty to book the ticket direct from app. Earlier app used to transfer the user to the desktop friendly site.but now it is just one click ahead. It allows to check the route and PNR query also. Great app and best example of Indian Railway modernization. This app has some limitations also. Almost in every 20 to 30 days it asks to update the app and this is very irritating. Second sometimes this app doesn't allow user to manage the travel due to maintanece outage. But Overall it is a nice app.!
IRCTC is the goood application for online railway ticket booking.It has many good features which are make comfortable and convinient life of all people because now everyone can railway ticket booking online through this website/application.This application is very nice and it is not large as well as after install this app take some space of smartphone.We can cancel ticket and check live train status every moment.We are not required going to the station for the ticket booking and cancellation.This application layout and design is good but its graphics very high so its not proper works on 2G internet.Other all features works good.This application concept is very good.

Hey friends I am here to tell you the reality of IRCTC application. Its a better option to to book ticket at any time allotted by the system. We cannot use it between 8 am to 12 pm. It is more time consuming as we have not to stand in big lines and also we are able to do cashless payment. Some extra charge is used but it is compensated as we have not to go at ticket counter. It leads to less corruption as some rules are made that for only certain times we can book ticket in a month. Ticket cancellation is also easy because of the above reasons I recommend you to use it.
I am a student and I am studying in a college which is 600 km away from my hometown. Therefore I travel a lot in trains. I have been using irctc website for booking of tickets but one friend of mine recommended me to use this application. So I tried it to book a ticket . I filled all the columns and proceeded to payment in the app .But the after the paymet options the page was continuously loading for 10-15 minutes and after that a pop up shows up telling about an error but the money was deducted and also I didn't got any ticket booking.After 2-3 weeks the was refunded to my account but still it was not expected from irctc. And again I started booking my ticket from website.
