Misconduct by Bus Driver. Review on IntrCity Smart Bus

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely unpleasant experience I had with one of your bus drivers during my recent journey with IntrCity on 24th September 2024, from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. My booking details are as follows:

• Bus No: NL-01-B-2765

• Boarding OTP: 943479

• Driver's Name: Gopi Chand

• Reporting Time: 22:55, 24th Sep

Unfortunately, the driver displayed inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour. He was rude, used offensive and unparliamentary language, and even attempted to physically hit me, leaving me feeling unsafe and alarmed during the journey. Is he intoxicated?

I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate this incident and ensure such behaviour is not repeated. I would appreciate a prompt response and an update on any actions taken to address this matter.
