Booked from Bangalore to Guntur for my mother. They told that the washroom is available in the bus. But, after boarding, they said that, the washroom is not available. Booked the bus as my mother can't get down from the bus without help. Thought the washroom will be helpful. But these idiots didn't mention anything while booking. Also, the bus was late and they were pushing away the elderly without checking their seating. Never book intercity travels.
