I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd October 2024, boarding from Siruseri, Chennai. The bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at 5:20 AM but arrived at 11:30 AM, a delay of over 6 hours. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to travel onward to Mysore.
When I inquired about the delay, the driver responded loudly and irresponsibly, showing no empathy or understanding of the passengers’ discomfort. Additionally, the comfort of the bus was subpar, and there were no facilities for keeping luggage or using the washroom at IntrCity’s office where we were dropped. Overall, it was a very hectic and painful journey.
