I was travelling from MH 04 KU 0296. Boarded at Panaji at 7:30pm. Bus met with an accident at 4am and after that AC was not working due to mechanical failure or don't know what but no action was taken to repair. All passangers feel suffocated and felt like been in boiler for almost 10hrs. No service or substitute bus was provided. Because of all this delay unable to be present at office today resulting to personal losses. Even the toilet lights were not working and staff were consuming intoxicants like Cigarette and tobacco. Worst travel ever. Just a brand name but zero service
