Driver never stopped at the boarding point!!. Review on IntrCity Smart Bus

There were two stops in Katraj while travelling to Bangalore and driver hasnt stopped at later one. There were total of 5 pax waiting there to board in the rain and he rushed away in front of us and havent even stopped while co pax waiting there even shouted many times and ran behind the bus.

Called support team many times they verified and see no calls were made by captain to any pax and hasnt stopped. Still no solution offered so far.

so called manager, I guess Sachin called me from this number+91 484-3540635. All these guys keep talking and do not want to listen to the pax. He verified and realized that driver hasnt stopped at the boarding point we were supposed to board, even Captains call records says he never called the pax's. he told he will get back at the earliest. Still no response from him. Its been over a week. and now they are not responding to my emails too.

One of the worst support team that I have come across! And this company literally cheating customers!
