Infosys a big name in Indian market and Silicon Valley because it is a major IT company and got its hand in major projects related to IT in India. But working in a BPO company like Infosys was right a dream come true but after working for almost 2.
And half months I am bound to say that if you are choosing for 25 to 30000 rupees work then never opt for Infosys they will suck your blood and give you nothing in return but disappointment when a person joins in process as an employee he is dreams have taken a flight but due to overload of work no time is left for looking up on yourself while working environment is good and colleagues are friendly, working hours are long and renumeration is very less.
Also there is a big problem of graveyard shift which means that you can be called for working purpose at any instant of time even in the Midnight also what I have learnt is that there are less chances of promotion and growth rate is very slow so I suggest the review readers if you or your neighbour or your relatives are applying for a job in Infosys then please don't do that you will regret afterwards.
