I had purchased Alda Ceramic Cookware Gift Set 8 Pcs of worth Rs.3, 990/- from Hypercity, Hyderabad. Executive told that it has life time warranty and will be replaced the entire set for any problem in its life time. I start using this from March 2013 and observed with in a couple of days it lost its Ceramic coating though I avoid using scrubber.
I went to Hypercity with my set and contacted the customer desk. They simply said "We will exchange only with in 14 days. Now you need to contact the Alda company". One of the Hypercity home department supervisor talked to Alda customer care and then with Mr. Anurag Sharma (Alda sales person). He asked me to send the pictures of the damaged product. I did the same and waited for his reply.
After few days I called Anurag to know the status. Strangely he said "no nonstick/ ceramic coat is permanent. No company will cover replacement for coating." Dear uses please **do not buy Alda Ceramic cookware**. It is waste of money.
