Hello,
I had flight from bangaloreto Ranchi on 24th Feb 2019 at 7.20 pm and my pnr is DYSCGI. I reached the gate no 21 at 6.59 pm. But Indigo staff Shameer E didn't allow me to board it and he was not behaving and talking properly. He was arrogant and not ready to listen my problem. This is highly unprofessional behavior and from next time me and my family will not use Indigo airline for travel and will ask my friends and colleagues that not to use Indigo airline.
