We have purchased a Flat from reputed Builder with the help of Indiahomes. At the time of purchase they behaved very well and supported good.
But after all done, the support given by Indiahomes was pathetic. Every time we ask for the Credit amount, always there is some diplomatic answer. for 1 year they were telling that the amount is not received from Builder. And now from some time they are telling that the amount is received but due to their budget issue in 2015-16, they wont be able to pay. They will pay next Year.
In any of this situation, they should reach to the customer and provide updates. We get the data only when we ask for the same.
Even after committing many times, they failed to stand.
I will think twice before I go to them for my next property deal.
