I think the real problem with this company is the people and management of them. everything starts there, the marketing person will say something, the manager will say sommething irrelevant to what the sales person says.
Like they will say free account and they will ask 500 rs and they will say annually no fee. after 1 year they will charge 400 for annual charges and if you ask them why they will say due to not trading. They will say less brokerage to you when signing up and later they will say a different brokerage.
They will give you trader terminal and finally they will disable it if you dont do trading without even informing and will ask us to trade in 5 paisa.com site, better than that sleep, it s worse. But the trading terminal software based is damp good, and the exposure is also good. but there r some fishy things happening like they dont execute the trades immedietely like not sending the order to exchange and they do some internal works.
The worst thing few of them were doing is trading themself on behalf of the clients, which is illegal and many have lost so much money in the last 2 years. I think the RM they themself say why not close the account and many have resigned in chennai. so they wanted to make this a complete failure before they left. I think the service part needs to be improved a lot.As far as the trading terminal it is one of the best in India along with sharekhan.
