This is the worst possible site ever which do not care about the need to delivering things on time be it a birthday cake which is supposed to be delivered at least on the same day forget on the same time.
To top it they boast of midnight delivery. My bhabhi had come from Australia and was to celebrate her son's birthday in Surat. We wanted to send something special to make the kids feel happy.
First of all there are very limited options available for sending cakes for kids and whatever is there is horribly priced. Its like 5 times the market value. But since the occasion was important to us we did not care about the money.
After paying online we got some order id etc and there's just one phone number which is impossible to reach.
It magically come busy during the day and exactly after the office hours it starts ringing and we get a message that pls call during office hours.
So on and then the cake got delivered 4 days after the birthday siting the reason that teh cake we selected was not available. I mean for what reason do they take all our details from us ? To call us in this situation or to sell the database to someone ?
When my bhabhi refused to accept the cake since the b'day was over ( and the surprise ruined), we get a call saying pls ask the party to accept the cake.
We did not and till date there's no refund. And needless to say they are not picking up the calls again.
