It was initially a tough time for me as I came to iHorse Technologies after gaining the work experience in a reputed company. At the very first I felt that this company is not going to sustain for a long time but surprisingly today I have been working here from past few years. It would have never happened till I got lost in one of the project that told me the reality of this kind of work culture. I really loved the people and the style of working at this company.
It was a great moment for me as I was recruited to manage most of the operational part but at the same, I too got myself involved in a lot of thing that I really never felt as how the time is passing in the day. I have loved this place to work and enjoy the work culture. I do not foresee anything to change this job as there are a lot of things that makes me to stick with this company.
I have seen many young ones enjoying their part and many of them have started getting more than me in the salary part. I too look for the same and hopefully I would be getting it but the level those youngsters have got here is not going to be matched so easily. I am happy to be here as I used to get a lot of benefits that keeps me working in the company from a very dedicated manner.
