I had to purchase some herbal medicines, I decided to order it from I herb. But I really had a very bad experience
. First of all they incurred an excessively high shipping charge, which was bcoz they were importing the medicines from abroad. I still placed the order. I kept on waiting for my order. The customer service is horrible. They don't even maintain the proper tracking details. I received my order after 1month by that time my need for the medicine was already over. I would never recommend this to anyone
