I ordered a Chocolate vanilla cake from IGP for my Son's birthday. Delivery was good, on time but the cake was horrible. It was just cream and wasn't a fresh cream too. On top of it the portal's field where it says note on the cake is character limited and I couldn't even write'Happy Birthday Shravan', so I just have to give his name and thought as they had an option to choose the occasion, and choosing birthday there it will be understood and the cake will have'Happy Birthday Shravan' but that horrible cake just had'Shravan" on the cake. Very annoying experience and I am never going to order cakes from IGP.com.
