IFFCO Tokio worst service provider and cheaters. Review on IFFCO Tokio Auto Insurance

My dear Mouthshut friends I am samrat and today I am going to review IFFCO tokio motor insurance.i personally never buy this insurance but one of my friend bought this last year and buy bad luck his vehicle which is a scorpio met with an accident last year november month in ranchi.vehicle is damaged very badly and showroom made a bill of rs 5.17 lac. he told me about the bill I talked with iffco tokio branch manager that why you guys didi not make it 100% loss case.this is rule that if more than 70% of car damaged than it will go under total loss but he said no this is not the rule.i had a arguement with him on this matter. I came back my home after 15 days my friend told me that they are deducting 25% depreciation on the vehicle, i told him this is not right your vehicle is 3 years old means depreciation should be 15% only but Iffco Tokio staffs were not ready to accept this.finally I told my friend that ask them about assessment sheet.when he demanded assessment sheet with them than they agreed to deduct depreciation at 15% only. Iffco Tokio is making fool of us.never take any insurance from this company otherwise you will suffer.i never recommend this to any one.
