heres what I personaly expericencd at idea wifi, I am using idea wifi form past 3-4 months and, talking about their speed they are very slow when I called their executive they showed me some speed monitering test at that time it showed very good speed but the moment executive left it again started working slowly.
it is very slow especilay when we compare it with other private wifi service provider .
talking about connection many a times it happens that it shows limited connection and most if the time it takes very long time to connect to website or to buffer a video from youtube
talkingabiut suport and service I hv nevre faced much isse as executive visited my house when I registrd complaint about my slow spped
overall if you dont loke to wait till yout video gets buffer then dont go for this
