One of the worst customer care in the universe, three different people guiding me with three different way finally customers r fool how clever those people r acting if u lossing customer like me one is not a big issue in the future it may spoil totally any u guys r not gonna respond v know my humble request for other don't believe customer care word

Hi guys today I want to share my own experience on Idea Wifi.

As im using this wifi from sometime now and I will say that they are the worst service provider in the worlds as whenever I try to use it.

It always shows no internet connection or your internet connection is slow.

Whenever I complaint about it they solvee issue and the next day the same issue is always there.

I will say that I have got cheated and wasted all my money on this kind of cheater who always cheats customer by making false promises and they said that they are covered your area and networks will be 100% always.

This was all about my review on Idea Wifi and I will never ever recommend you to buy this and waste your hardly earned money on it.

Nice product I have uses the connectivity is very strong and the range is also good

I have used to download many things with Idea wifi and in 15 min I install 1 gb file

You can carry it with you and don't have to worry

The design is also good you also like this product must have and please tell your views about product

Hello vievers I am using idea network, Idea network best service but high serices prize. I am net recharge unlimited net pack in 251. Before 2g speed, after that verl low speed and I am very very bore , Idea services very high hence why poor people purchea idea plance. Idea service provider thinking for poor people.

I am not intreastin on this network

There have only 2g network

There is so boaring

This network is also slow

This networks need some tower

I am using some company sims but there are so slow

Airtel network is 3 times faster than the network

Idea wifi netwark is very fast.It is a one of the most wifi network to speed  of ISP connection .there is a very usful for us .it's connection is very reliability and there survices and supporters  are work  properly.for this I say with own experince that it is too good to all internet work .its ISP connection is excellent and so nice and it is veri speedly work to all internet survices.it support so fast and also work fast

Hi friends just I am using this idea wifi router this is the best network in all networks company.idea wifi is speed was you not idea! and hes connection speed was you not belie its connectivity speed is really good.and latest news is the one network company is total all activity is free then all free members bye this network and the problem is hes network was jam and you not connect some time but idea network was there totally fast work because there is not traffic issue so bye it now thank you

Ever used idea mobile network? if no then surely you wont be knowing how bad this idea wifi works even I got fooled with the idea wifi as I was not aware of the idea network I had installed this idea wifi on my home but the day I installed it had given me a awesome speed with reliable connection but after a week the speed was terrifying and horrible, was too bad speed of net connection, internet was not at all stable, wont be recommending this

Hello friends todaybi tell you about idea with fi service.before 5 months my friend took connection of idea broadband for his office online work.in the beganing the service is very good and speed is good but after 1 month the in the rainy season the connection is lost for few days.

after that he complaint to costumer care so they repairs it.but after 2 days its again lost speed and showing no network.the maximum speed is300-400 KB only. He faces this problems many time.at last he changed the connection.so he suggest me an I suggest you that never think about idea wi fi.

I really need to a fast speed internet for online application and many more other activitis so iam choose to a good internet providing company

So I am choose to idea I m thinking that idea give me faster speed internet then I buy idea wifi conection then I m happy because I m ready for my work

But I m disappointed when I m acces intermet on my laptop it give me very slow speed internet then I m thinkig that ita not normally

But when I m using internet every time its speed is really slow

Seriously bad experiance with idea network

I was using Idea wifi 2 months ago but it was a very bad experience that I had to suffer.

The speed was very low and was unable and connect in between 100 m too.

I was very unhappy with this product's functions. I won't suggest any one to buy this product just because of its bad speed. The reliability of this wifi is not good enough.

The design is quite similar to others and is okay but again it doesn't stand on the price level.

Overall not a nice Product with lot of missing functions and features which could disappoint its users very much. Service and support can't get from this product.

Idea wifi , internet service providor, I told you that friends never buying this idea wifi.

some month ago my friend also buying this idea wifi , really loss of complete my hope friend.

because this idea services is not much good, many people not like this idea wifi , never tried to buy this idea wifi.

plans and charges is also that too high prise friends.and range quality is not much good.

this idea wifi network problem is also that too poor, always network problem in this idea wifi.

this idea company loss of complete my all hopes.

I have got an idea broadband connection 6 months before, first two months it was good but after that I was started facing an errors, Internet speed was very very slow, so I had words with customer care service, they committed to me for sort out this issue but actual they could not. Finally I decided to close this connection and raise a request to for this.

They took place this request, they sent an email but they did not closed this connection till next two month and they asked me to pay a bill for their two month service however I did a request to close this connection 2 months before.

Unfortunately I had pay that bill also extended this for 1 month. overall I would say Idea WiFi service very poor.

heres what I personaly expericencd at idea wifi, I am using idea wifi form past 3-4 months and, talking about their speed they are very slow when I called their executive they showed me some speed monitering test at that time it showed very good speed but the moment executive left it again started working slowly.

it is very slow especilay when we compare it with other private wifi service provider .

talking about connection many a times it happens that it shows limited connection and most if the time it takes very long time to connect to website or to buffer a video from youtube

talkingabiut suport and service I hv nevre faced much isse as executive visited my house when I registrd complaint about my slow spped

overall if you dont loke to wait till yout video gets buffer then dont go for this

I like this Idea WiFi. Because it is wireless no need any wire to connect our mobile or computer for accesing internet. It speed is between 2mbps to 16 Mbps and high because it can connect around 10 Divece at one time so speed is very high as compare to other wifi device. Thats why its internet plan is high ranges between 2000 Rs to 10000 Rs. According to their specification and downloading speed and uploading speed but overall it is very good it can connect a big home where 8-12 Members are living they can access data by buying this Idea Wifi device.

Idea Broadband:

its speed is good. Connective is good

coustmer support is good.They are giving support in same day after giving any complain.

But its min package is Rs600/pm without service tax, But in this they are providing more GB also as compair to other service provider.

# Like other service provider they don't have less amount of package. They should have some package for some personal use alsolike other service provider have, because of which before taking connection customer have to think twice.

Nowadays when nobody can live without internet service so we need strong wifi connection . so I am looking for some great network system than one of my friend gave advised me about idea wifi network connect .

so I took idea wifi internet connection when I used this wifi I found that it is not a good wifi connection . it is more expensive than other internet networks . it is gave poor service at villages . it creats problems at hill stations . At that place no network found . it is costly than others.

Hi friends today im sharing my opinion about Idea Broadband is Very Bad internet service provider I take connection from idea very bad internet speed and connectivity, some time it disconnect automatically and not connect quickly takes very longer time to connect, or not connect some time. speed is very poor, specially its very slow on Sunday and night, I got speed 1 /2 /4 kbps some time its lesser than 2G GPRS then how they call it Broadband.this broadband is slowest wifi ever in india.
