I have got an idea broadband connection 6 months before, first two months it was good but after that I was started facing an errors, Internet speed was very very slow, so I had words with customer care service, they committed to me for sort out this issue but actual they could not. Finally I decided to close this connection and raise a request to for this.
They took place this request, they sent an email but they did not closed this connection till next two month and they asked me to pay a bill for their two month service however I did a request to close this connection 2 months before.
Unfortunately I had pay that bill also extended this for 1 month. overall I would say Idea WiFi service very poor.
