As per network 80% good. I used this network from above 5 years. In city wise its network is good. But I am going village, I faced some network problems. Now-a-days everyone using 2 or above sims in the mobile, every mobile is coming with dual sims. That's way its not a problem.
Customer Service of Idea is bad. They had not respond exactly. I am suffer lot with their customer service system.
I am using prepaid sim of this network. Call Charges are good as related to Airtel. But we recharge continuously a special recharge they gives 30days or some they gives 50 days. Before expiry of special recharge. we continue with another offer. Other wise call rate is exceed Rs.1/- per minute.
