Customer Service:

The customer service from this bank is really horrible. They have not fixed an issue for over 6 months and they keep charging the customer left right and center.


The Govt in India does not know the rules for running a business a business exists to provide service for customer and make money and not the other way round exploiting people and squeezing money by cheating people and Govt also is a mute witness to this drama. Rather they do something and act on it.


ICICI is one of the big exploiters.
